Placing Orders

Shipping Methods

Depending on the weight of the full-product your order will ship via freight, UPS, or USPS (United States Postal Service). During the checkout process you can see the available shipping options for your order. For Exercise equipment you may also choose curbside, In-Home Delivery, room of choice, and assembly.

Tracking Orders

You can track your order here. It may take up to 24 hours after an order is placed for it to appear in our system. If you have found your order and the shipping status is blank your order is in the process of being shipped.

Shipping time

Shipping time will vary based on shipping method. Most orders will arrive within 10 business days of shipping, depending on delivery method, curbside, In-Home Delivery, room of choice, or assembly. Delivery may take longer based on your available time to receive the order. Orders may take 3-5 Business days to ship, shipments are sent Monday – Friday. If a machine is damaged during the shipping process, the shipping company will make a return and replacement prior to delivery. If this happens, shipping time may be longer than expected.

Out Of Stock Products

Stock status will be given on the product page for each machine as well as during checkout. You will not be able to place orders on out of stock machines with our online system. Stock status for our products are updated daily, track your order to see the current status. When your part is in stock you will be sent an e-mail indicating the part is in stock and being shipped.


Assembly is required on most of our equipment. As part of your initial purchase of your exercise equipment we do offer an in-home delivery assembly service in many locations. If you have already received your exercise equipment and would like to pay for a certified technician to come to your home and assemble it for you please call 1-800-445-2480. The price is based on the type of equipment you purchased. You may also be responsible for a trip charge depending on your region.


Please note returns will only be handled through your point of purchase. If you purchased your machine from any retailer other than Golds Gym, this return policy will not apply to you.

We give a 30-day trial period on all products. If you receive a defective machine we will be happy to send a replacement machine or give a full refund. Returns for defective and non-defective products must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the product. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us to set up a return.
