Replacment Part Orders and Shipping

Go to your Golds Gym Account to see your warranty status. Part order requests under warranty can be made from your account.

Placing Orders

When placing your order you will be given shipping options. To place an Order Online you will need your model number. For help finding your model number check  here.

Shipping Methods

Parts ship via UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service), the shipping method can vary based on part ordered, location, or shipping method selected. During the checkout process you can see the available shipping options for your order.

Tracking Orders

You can track your order here. It may take up to 24 hours after an order is placed for it to appear in our system. If you have found your order and the shipping status is blank or OP, your order is in the process of being shipped or it may be out of stock. When you are in checkout process you will see stock status next to the part name.

Shipping time

Shipping time will vary based on shipping method. Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the ship date. Parts Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, time and day of delivery will depend on the shipping service.

Out of Stock Parts

Part stock status will be given during checkout. You can still order an out of stock part and we will send it to you when it becomes available. Stock status is updated daily, track your order to see the current status. When your part is in stock you will be sent an e-mail indicating the part is in stock and being shipped.


To receive credit on a returned order; Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in there original condition, with a copy of the original packing slip. All returned orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
